Hex Shank Taper Drill Countersink with Stop Collar
1) Hex Shank Tapered drill bit is precisely machined from High Speed Steel and as such is likely to stay sharp some ten times longer than similar bits made from carbon steel.
2) Countersink/Counterbore is machined from high carbon steel, features four very sharp cutting flutes for precise and tear free boring and is adjustable along the length of the drill bit by means of two set screws.
3) Stop Collar that is adjustable by means of two set screws. By adjusting the stop collar you are able to control the counterbore depth. When counterboring and plugging is not desired, you are also able to produce a perfect countersink by setting the stop collar just behind the cutting flutes.
